Sixth Sense Solutions ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

A note on scope

Sixth Sense Solutions is a small business, and under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) many small businesses are exempt from the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We have chosen to handle personal information in line with the APPs anyway, as a matter of best practice and because it reflects the standard we advise our own clients to meet. This policy applies to information collected through this website; it does not describe the terms of any specific client engagement, which would be set out separately in an engagement letter or contract.

What we collect

We collect personal information through this website in two ways.

Contact form

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, an optional subject line, your message, and optionally how you heard about us.

Whitepaper downloads

If you request a downloadable resource such as a whitepaper, we collect your name, your organisation, your organisation’s size, and your work email address.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information on this site.

How we use it

Contact form enquiries

• To respond to your enquiry and have a conversation about the work you’re considering
• To keep a record of enquiries for our own business purposes
• We do not use contact form submissions for marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone

Whitepaper downloads

• To send you a one-time email confirming your address and providing the link to download the resource you requested
• To understand which organisations and roles find our resources useful, for our own business purposes
• We do not currently use whitepaper download details for ongoing marketing emails. If that changes in future, we will update this policy and make sure any such communication meets the requirements of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), including a clear way to opt out
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone

Where it’s stored

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit the form, your details are sent to Formspree’s servers before reaching our inbox. Formspree may store submissions outside Australia, including in the United States. You can read Formspree’s own privacy policy for details of how they handle that data in transit.

Whitepaper download requests are stored in a Cloudflare database, and the confirmation email is sent using Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Both providers may process or store data outside Australia. We use these services only to operate the download request itself, verify your email address, and deliver the resource you asked for.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers. We may use a privacy-focused analytics tool (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate site traffic, such as which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit them. This kind of analytics does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and whitepaper request records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver what you requested, and maintain our own business records, and delete or de-identify them when that reason no longer applies.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the website or our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
