Any size that needs our expertise. We’re equally happy working with a small organisation on its first data or governance project as we are with a large, regulated one.
Do you only advise, or can you help deliver the work too?
Both. We advise, and where it’s useful, we implement directly alongside your team as well.
Can you work with us if we’re not based in Melbourne?
Yes. We work remotely with organisations across Australia.
How long does an engagement typically take?
It depends entirely on the problem. We’ll advise on likely scope and timeline once we understand what you’re dealing with, after an initial conversation.
Is the first conversation actually free?
Yes, entirely free, with no obligation, until you decide to sign an agreement for us to deliver work.
Is our conversation confidential before we engage you?
Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before any detailed discussion, and the first conversation itself commits you to nothing.
Are you tied to a particular technology vendor?
No. Our advice is vendor-agnostic, and our delivery experience spans AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI. We recommend what suits your problem, not what suits a partnership deal.
Do you work with regulated entities specifically?
Yes. We've delivered APRA-facing compliance work and governance advisory for government regulators, so we're used to work that has to hold up under real regulatory scrutiny.
How is pricing structured?
It depends on the scope of the work, which is exactly what the first conversation establishes. We won't quote a number until we understand what you actually need.
